THE FEBRUARY 2020 EVENT HAS CONCLUDED
The ShaleUSA Conferences Team Extends Its Sincerest Thanks To All Valued Speakers, Commercial Partners & Attendees For Making The Sell-Out Event A Huge Success
100% driven by industry intelligence, the 2020 conference took place at the JW Marriott Downtown Houston Hotel on February 11 & 12, and addressed the US onshore operator’s most important production, operations and chemical-related challenges, focusing on metrics that matter the most right now – failure rates/frequency, downtime, production losses and total overall spend on wells – with strategies and opportunities to manage failures induced by Corrosion, Scale, Paraffin, Iron Sulfide and H2S. 85% of speakers and 55% of attendees were from E&P operating companies.
In addition to looking at a number of central themes, the event expanded the envelope to include discussions in emerging areas for innovation and digital transformation. With companies forced to be a lot more disciplined on how they manage their capital, looking at their financial performance and not just how much oil they are producing, maximizing profitability and return to production cost was at the heart of all discussions.
